Say hello to Darestream1—our brand-new mobile Airstream café that brings the full Daredevil Coffee experience directly to your events. This isn't just an upgrade from our tent setup; it's a complete, on-site coffee café built for serious espresso lovers and craft beverage enthusiasts.
You already know our coffee lineup, but now you're about to experience what we can do with a full espresso bar. Expect expertly pulled shots, velvety lattes, smooth macchiatos, and just about any specialty drink you can imagine. Fair warning: you might catch Sonny and Tracey enjoying affogatos during their downtime—it's the barista's privilege.
Built for Excellence
Darestream1 is a true work of art. The foundation is a 2023 Airstream Caravel shell, custom-built by P&S Trailer into a fully functional coffee café. The sliding glass serving window lets our baristas take orders and serve with ease, while the interior houses our powerhouse espresso machine: the Franke S700. This semi-automatic machine pulls the perfect shot every single time and steams milk to silky-smooth latte perfection.

We've upgraded the electrical system to handle everything we need—blenders for smoothies, a small oven for quick bites, and all the accessories that make a modern café run smoothly. Internet connectivity comes via Starlink, so you never have to wonder if we're online. We're always connected, always ready.
